Evangelism is a core part of the Christian faith, and the bible provides us with many powerful verses about the importance of sharing the good news of salvation with others. In Matthew 28:19-20, Jesus commands his disciples to "go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you." Similarly, in Romans 10:14-15, the apostle Paul explains that "how can they believe in the one of whom they have not heard? And how can they hear without someone preaching to them? And how can anyone preach unless they are sent?" These verses, among many others, remind us of the vital role we play in sharing the love and message of Christ with others.
