Bible Verses about Dependence - Finding Strength in God
Dependence on God is a key aspect of faith for Christians. Through prayer, we can communicate with God and ask for His guidance in our lives. Surrendering our own desires and trusting in His plan can bring us peace and direction. In challenging times, it can be easy to turn to our own strength or the strength of others, but ultimately it is only through our reliance on God that we can find true strength and hope. The following Bible verses about dependence can help us remember to trust in Him and find peace: - "Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding." - Proverbs 3:5 - "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me." - Philippians 4:13 - "But those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint." - Isaiah 40:31 - "Cast all your anxiety on him because he cares for you." - 1 Peter 5:7 - "Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest." - Matthew 11:28
