Privacy Policy – Bible Chat: AI Bible Study

This Privacy Policy applies to the mobile app Bible Chat: AI Bible Study (Google Play package ai.blble_pics, also shown on devices as "BiblePics Chat") and to the BiblePics website at https://biblepics.co (together, the "Service").

The Service is developed and operated by SinaiPeak Technologies, the developer listed on the app's Google Play and App Store pages ("SinaiPeak Technologies", "we", "us" or "our"). SinaiPeak Technologies is the data controller responsible for your personal data. You can reach us at dovebible23@gmail.com.

This policy explains what data the Service collects, how we use and share it, how long we keep it, and the choices you have. By using the Service, you agree to the practices described here.

Information you give us

• Account information: when you sign in with Google, Apple, or email and password, we receive your email address, a user ID, and (if your provider shares it) your name and profile photo.
• Chat messages: the messages you send to the AI chat and the replies it generates, so the conversation can continue and you can see your history.
• Content you create: prayer requests, prayer circle posts and memberships, bookmarks, reading progress, badges, and app settings such as language and Bible version.
• Support messages: anything you send us by email or through a contact or account-deletion form.

Information collected automatically

• Device and usage data: device model, operating system, app version, language, IP address, screens viewed, features used, and session times.
• Diagnostics: crash reports and performance data.
• Identifiers: Firebase installation ID, push notification token, and advertising-related identifiers used to measure app installs and campaigns.
• Session replays: on mobile, interactions with app screens (taps, scrolls, screens visited) to help us find usability problems.

Purchase information

When you subscribe, payment is handled entirely by Google Play or the Apple App Store. We never see your card details. We receive the product purchased, a purchase token or receipt, and your subscription status so we can unlock premium features.

Device permissions

The app uses internet access, notifications (only if you allow them), and storage or photo access (only when you choose to save an image to your device).

• To provide the Service: sign you in, run the AI chat, sync your bookmarks, prayers, circles, and progress across devices.
• To process and verify subscriptions and unlock premium features.
• To send notifications you have opted into, such as daily verses and reminders.
• To fix crashes, keep the Service secure, prevent abuse, and enforce usage limits.
• To understand how the Service is used and improve it, and to measure the effectiveness of our app marketing.
• To respond to your questions and requests.

We do not sell your personal data.

We share data only with service providers that help us run the Service, under their own privacy terms:

• Google Firebase (Authentication, Firestore database, Analytics, Crashlytics, Cloud Messaging): accounts, app data, analytics, crash reports, and notifications.
• OpenAI: the text of your chat messages is sent to generate AI replies. Please do not share sensitive personal information in chats.
• Google Play Billing / Apple App Store: purchase processing and verification.
• Meta (Facebook App Events): app install and in-app event measurement.
• Microsoft Clarity: usage analytics and session replays.
• Hosting providers (for example Railway, Vercel, and Amazon Web Services): hosting our servers, database, and content.

Other members of a prayer circle you join can see the prayers and posts you share in that circle. We may also disclose data if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users or others.

The chat is powered by AI. The biblical figures you talk to are simulated and not real, and replies may be inaccurate. The chat is for educational and devotional purposes only and is not professional, medical, legal, or pastoral advice. Use it responsibly and not for illegal or harmful purposes.

We keep your account data for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account at any time from Settings in the app, or by submitting a request at biblepics.co/delete-account or emailing dovebible23@gmail.com. When your account is deleted, we delete your account information, chat history, and the content you created within 30 days, except where we must keep limited records (such as purchase records) to meet legal obligations. Aggregated analytics and crash data that no longer identify you may be kept longer.

• You can ask us for a copy of your data, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing us.
• You can turn off notifications in your device settings.
• You can reset your advertising ID or opt out of personalized ads in your device settings.
• Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or CCPA), you may have additional rights, including objecting to processing or complaining to your data protection authority.

Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS). No method of storage or transmission is 100% secure, but we use commercially reasonable measures to protect your data. Our providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States.

The BiblePics website uses essential cookies (for example to remember your language and cookie choice) and analytics cookies to understand how the site is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has given us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
