Psalm 77

Commentary

Psalm 77 addresses a common struggle for believers throughout history: the tension between the reality of pain and suffering in our lives and our belief in a good and powerful God. The psalmist is honest about his emotions and doesn't shy away from expressing his doubts and fears. Yet he also reminds himself of God's goodness and sovereignty, looking back on the stories of God's faithfulness throughout history as a source of hope.
