Commentary

In Micah 3, the prophet Micah speaks out against the leaders of Israel, accusing them of corruption and injustice. He condemns their greed and their lack of concern for the people of Israel, and calls for them to repent and turn back to God. He warns that if they do not, they will be punished for their sins. Micah also speaks of a coming judgment, when God will bring justice to the people of Israel. He speaks of a time when the wicked will be punished and the righteous will be rewarded. He also speaks of a time of restoration, when God will restore the fortunes of Israel and bring peace and prosperity to the land. The message of Micah is one of hope and warning. He calls on the people of Israel to turn back to God and to seek justice and righteousness. He warns them of the consequences of their actions, and promises them a future of peace and prosperity if they repent and turn back to God.
