4 לא-יוכל בעלה הראשון אשר-שילחה לשוב לקחתה להיות לו לאישה, אחרי אשר הוטמאה--כי-תועבה היא, לפני יהוה; ולא תחטיא, את-הארץ, אשר יהוה אלוהיך, נותן לך נחלה. {ס}

5 כי-ייקח איש, אישה חדשה--לא ייצא בצבא, ולא-יעבור עליו לכל-דבר: נקי יהיה לביתו, שנה אחת, ושימח, את-אשתו אשר-לקח.

6 לא-יחבול ריחיים, ורכב: כי-נפש, הוא חובל. {ס}

7 כי-יימצא איש, גונב נפש מאחיו מבני ישראל, והתעמר-בו, ומכרו--ומת הגנב ההוא, וביערת הרע מקרבך. {ס}

8 הישמר בנגע-הצרעת לשמור מאוד, ולעשות: ככול אשר-יורו אתכם הכוהנים הלויים, כאשר ציוויתים--תשמרו לעשות.

9 זכור, את אשר-עשה יהוה אלוהיך למרים, בדרך, בצאתכם ממצריים. {ס}

10 כי-תשה בריעך, משאת מאומה--לא-תבוא אל-ביתו, לעבוט עבוטו.

11 בחוץ, תעמוד; והאיש, אשר אתה נושה בו, יוציא אליך את-העבוט, החוצה.

12 ואם-איש עני, הוא--לא תשכב, בעבוטו.

13 השב תשיב לו את-העבוט כבוא השמש, ושכב בשלמתו ובירכך; ולך תהיה צדקה, לפני יהוה אלוהיך. {ס}

14 לא-תעשוק שכיר, עני ואביון, מאחיך, או מגרך אשר בארצך בשעריך.

15 ביומו תיתן שכרו ולא-תבוא עליו השמש, כי עני הוא, ואליו, הוא נושא את-נפשו; ולא-יקרא עליך אל-יהוה, והיה בך חטא. {ס}

16 לא-יומתו אבות על-בנים, ובנים לא-יומתו על-אבות: איש בחטאו, יומתו. {ס}

17 לא תטה, משפט גר יתום; ולא תחבול, בגד אלמנה.

18 וזכרת, כי עבד היית במצריים, ויפדך יהוה אלוהיך, משם; על-כן אנוכי מצווך, לעשות, את-הדבר, הזה. {ס}

19 כי תקצור קצירך בשדך ושכחת עומר בשדה, לא תשוב לקחתו--לגר ליתום ולאלמנה, יהיה: למען יברכך יהוה אלוהיך, בכול מעשה ידיך. {ס}

20 כי תחבוט זיתך, לא תפאר אחריך: לגר ליתום ולאלמנה, יהיה.

21 כי תבצור כרמך, לא תעולל אחריך: לגר ליתום ולאלמנה, יהיה.

22 וזכרת, כי-עבד היית בארץ מצריים; על-כן אנוכי מצווך, לעשות, את-הדבר, הזה. {ס}
