Zebulun was a son of Jacob and Leah, and the sixth of the twelve sons of Jacob. He was the brother of Reuben, Simeon, Levi, Judah, Issachar, and Dinah. Zebulun was the father of Sered, Elon, and Jahleel. Zebulun is best known for being one of the twelve tribes of Israel. He was the ancestor of the tribe of Zebulun, which was one of the tribes that settled in the Promised Land.
