The story of Isaac

Isaac was the son of Abraham and Sarah and the father of Jacob and Esau in the Old Testament of the Bible. He was born in Hebron, in the land of Canaan. Isaac was known for his obedience to God and for his willingness to offer his son as a sacrifice, as commanded by God. He lived to be 180 years old and died in Mamre, in the land of Canaan.
