The story of Eleazar

Eleazar was a son of Aaron, the first high priest of Israel, and a brother of Moses. He is best known for being one of the priests who carried the Ark of the Covenant into battle against the Philistines. According to the book of Numbers, Eleazar was appointed as the chief priest after his father Aaron's death, and was responsible for distributing land among the tribes of Israel. He was also known for being a wise and knowledgeable man, and was respected by the Israelites for his devotion to God and his leadership.
