Hadassah

Hadassah was a biblical figure from the Old Testament. She was the daughter of Mordecai and the cousin of Esther. She was also known as Esther, which means “star” in Hebrew. She risked her life to save the Jewish people from the evil plans of the Persian Prime Minister, Haman. She revealed Haman’s plot to the King and was able to save her people from destruction.
