Barak

Barak was a biblical figure from the Book of Judges in the Hebrew Bible. He was the son of Abinoam from the tribe of Naphtali. He is best known for leading an army of 10,000 men against the Canaanite army of Sisera, which was led by Jabin, the king of Hazor. Barak was summoned by the prophetess Deborah to lead the Israelites against the Canaanites. He agreed to do so, but only if Deborah accompanied him. She agreed, and together they led the Israelites to victory. Barak is also known for his faith in God. He trusted that God would help him defeat the Canaanites, and he was rewarded for his faith.
